The New Nest Wallcoverings By Schumacher
By Lynn Byrne. Although I promised a post on Jean-Michel Frank today, I put it off until tomorrow because I had to show you the new “Nest’ Collection in wallcoverings by Schumacher. They are absolutely gorgeous and are receiving a lot of attention. I have always loved wallpaper and many of the 20 “next new wave” of top designers featured in the December/January 2009 House Beautiful agree. A couple of them specifically mentioned the Nest Collection as the most inspiring thing they have seen lately. Crafted entirely by hand from actual feathers (gathered humanely of course), the Nest collection truly is awe inspiring. It just doesn’t get better than nature itself. Here are some highlights from the collection so you can see what all of the hoopla is about. All photos are from Schumacher, where the collection is available to the trade.
